Is TV available in mobile homes?
Yes, in all mobile homes rented directly from the campsite.
Should I bring my own sheets?
All our accommodation rentals come with comforters or blankets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
Can I go to the pool wearing swimming trunks?
Swimming shorts are permitted in our aquatic area.
Is the pool heated?
The indoor pool and paddling pool are heated from April to September. The outdoor pool is heated from mid-June to mid-September.
Is there Wi-fi throughout the campsite and is there a charge?
Yes, Wi-fi is available free of charge throughout the campsite.
How long do I have to pay the balance of my stay?
Your balance must be paid no later than 1 month before your arrival on our site for mobile home rentals and camping pitches. If you book less than one month in advance, we ask you to pay the total amount of your stay by credit card only.
I’m not 18 yet. Can I bring my friends to your school?
Please note that we only accept minors accompanied by their legal guardians for the duration of their stay.
How many people can fit on a bare pitch?
Rates are for a maximum of 6 people.
What if I have vacation vouchers?
The deposit must be sent within 7 days of booking. The balance must be sent up to 1 month before arrival. Send by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
I’ve taken out Cancellation cover, can I cancel my holiday and still get my money back?
You can cancel your stay if you have taken out the cancellation guarantee. You will only be reimbursed if the reason for your cancellation is covered by the cancellation guarantee.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Mobile home rentals: Arrivals from 4pm – Departures no later than 10am.
Bare pitches: Arrivals from 2pm and departures before 12am.
How is the finish organized?
When you arrive, please park outside the campsite and come to reception to check in, to avoid any traffic jams at the entrance gates.
Please bring your booking confirmation or customer reference and your deposit payment in the form of a bank imprint or cash. (bank checks are not accepted).
The campsite will refuse access to rental accommodation to persons not registered on the booking contract or if the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.
What should I do if I arrive late?
You must inform the campsite as soon as possible, who will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Can I bring a pet to your facility?
We accept dogs on our premises. Please contact the campsite for further information. Vaccination records must be up-to-date. NACs (New Pets), cats and category 1 and 2 animals are not accepted. Keeping a leash on the campsite is compulsory.
